TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices are based on the local currency (USD) and may change without prior notice. Taxes are not included, nor is compulsory insurance for each vehicle.
The established rental rates are calculated for 24 hours; however, the client is responsible for specifying the schedule of the reservation. Credit will not be granted for time does not use.
To complete the reservation, payment in full is required. In addition, you must present a valid driver's license and the credit card used as the payment method to pick up the vehicle.
Golf car insurance costs $15 per vehicle, per 24 hours.
The following deductibles apply:
$30 – Damages valued between $50 to $249
$225 – Damages valued between $250 to $999
$525 – Damages valued at $1,000 or above, including cases of theft.
Security deposits: $200 deposit per golf cart. The amount will be refunded once the golf cart has been returned and fully inspected.
*Cash is not accepted for the required reimbursable holds, only credit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos.
Public Liability Insurance: In case of an accident due to negligence, the client must pay a $500 deductible to cover damage to third party property or bodily injury to third parties, inside and outside Rueditas On The Go Inc, facilities. This insurance does not cover the medical expenses of the client and/or the companions.
Third-party insurance to cover damage and/or accidents will be accepted with prior authorization.
Charges under $50 are not covered by our insurance (gas, keys, security cables, among others).
Smoking is not allowed while operating a Golf Cart. If a representative detects smoke odor, ashes or butts, cigarette burns, stains or any other indication of smoking, a $250 penalty fee will apply.
The customer must use the provided golf car security cable while their vehicle is not in use. The customer is responsible for loss or damage of security cable. $30 fee for lost or damaged cable.
Insurance does not cover fines and/or penalties.
Rueditas On The Go will cover towing services in case of a mechanical failure. Otherwise, the client will be liable for paying a $100 service fee.
Rentals are allowed for drivers 21 years or older. Age must be confirmed with a valid driver’s license.
A person 21 years or older with a valid driver's license can only be the one authorized to operate the golf cart. Units will not be dispatched to unlicensed drivers.
Before dispatch, a full inspection will be performed by one of our representatives and the renter to verify the physical condition, cleanliness, gasoline levels and general functioning of the vehicle. Claims made after signing the report and leaving the premises will not be considered.
A $25 cleaning fee will be charged upon reservation. (calculated per vehicle).
Gasoline must be at the same level as it was dispatched, otherwise, $10 per ¼ of missing gasoline for cars.
The renter is liable for paying parking fees, traffic tickets or other citations received while in possession of the rented Golf Cart. The client accepts that any ticket received after their visit, that corresponds to their reservation, will be charged to the credit card on file.
A $25 replacement fee will apply for lost or stolen Golf Cart keys.
The vehicle must be returned to our facilities by 4:30 p.m. Leaving the unit on the outskirts or any other part of the island implies an additional charge of $100 per vehicle. We recommend returning the vehicle one (1) hour before your flight or ferry trip. We are not responsible for missed flights and/or trips. Rueditas On The Go Inc, will not provide transportation to the airport or Ferry Terminal.
Extended Rentals: The client must request an extension of their reservation before the scheduled return time, and the approval must be confirmed via email by our staff. Extensions are subject to availability.
Late Returns: A $35 penalty applies for every 15 minutes that passes after the scheduled return time.
Cancellations: Reservations may be canceled at any time; however, the following terms will apply:
Cancellation 5 days in advance – 100% refund
Cancellation 2 to 4 days in advance – 50% refund
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance – No refund
No Show: In case the client does not show up to pick up the vehicle nor contact the corresponding office before the scheduled time, the reservation will be canceled, and the total paid amount will be retained.
Late arrivals: We do not offer credit for unused hours. We strongly recommend that clients select a schedule that fits their arrival and departure times.
Inevitable circumstances: In case of extraordinary events that are beyond the company’s control, and that prevents us from providing our rental services, the client may request a 75% refund.
Where You’ll Return the Car. The car must be returned to the agreed return location as specified in the Rental Contract. If you return the car to a different location from the agreed return location without our permission, you agree to pay an unauthorized return location fee specified by us.
II. RESPONSIBILITY WAIVER
I accept that the use of the rental Golf Cart will be at my own risk.
Drivers must have a valid driver's license and comply with all applicable laws related to motor vehicles operation. Any person not authorized to operate the rental golf cart per the contract, the renter will automatically forfeit the rental agreement resulting in the immediate cancelation and immediate return of the golf cart with no refund.
The use of the safety belt is compulsory for all passengers.
The minimum height to use golf cars is 4' 9" (145 cm). For safety, passengers should keep their feet firmly on the floor while the vehicle is in motion. Car seats or booster seats are not allowed on golf cars.

The rates provided are per vehicle and based on 24-hour periods. However, the customer is responsible for specifying the reservation schedule. We do not offer credit for unused time, and we are not responsible for the number of hours selected by the customer in the reservation system.
Rental costs may vary without prior notice until the reservation is completed.
To complete your reservation, payment of the total amount is required. The card used must be presented at the time of vehicle pickup.
The renter agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rueditas On The Go Inc, and its affiliates from any loss, damage or legal action as a result of the operation of the vehicle by the renter and/or additional drivers.
Rueditas On The Go Inc, are not responsible for items left in the vehicle or in our facilities.
If you hear any noise or feel an unusual movement in the vehicle, you must notify us by phone at 407-694-7954 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If it’s out of business hours, an email should be sent to rueditas787@gmail.com, and we will contact within a reasonable time.
In case of an accident, a complaint must be filed immediately with the local authorities by calling 911. We must be notified by phone or email according to the time of the incident.
III. SCOPE OF USE
The rented vehicle may be for personal or commercial use. Subletting to individuals or other businesses is forbidden, without exceptions.
Under no circumstance may you transit through the sand or unsuitable roads for vehicles, otherwise, a $100 penalty will apply without distinction of person.
IV. CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time). Our staff will not be able to provide immediate assistance outside office hours unless it is due to an emergency.
